- Time to work ON your nursery business: Step away from the day-to-day and give yourself dedicated time to think about your business, with practical sessions, discussions and accountability to help you make progress.
- Learn from people who understand: Hear from experienced guest speakers, take part in discussions and have the opportunity to spend some 1:1 time with Jane and the other Session leaders
- Connect with other nursery owners: Talk honestly with people who understand the highs, lows and challenges of running a nursery. Share ideas, experiences and plenty of laughs along the way.
- And time for YOU: Enjoy the spa, head to the gym, walk in the grounds, read a book, enjoy good food, or simply sit down and do absolutely nothing for a while!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the wonderful time we had at the Thrive Nursery Owners Business Retreat.
We absolutely loved the intimacy of the group, which made it so easy to openly discuss our business highs and lows. The speakers were incredibly informative, and since returning, we’ve really deep-dived into our own business and already made several positive adjustments as a result of what we learned.
We also loved having some much-needed “me” time. Being able to switch off, recharge and enjoy some time for ourselves without feeling guilty was such a wonderful part of the retreat.
Meeting the other nursery owners was also invaluable. The feedback, support and shared experiences made us realise that we’re not doing this alone, and it was so reassuring to connect with people who truly understand the challenges and rewards of running a nursery.
