You will be introduced to Jane’s Nursery Business Success Wheel and each of the 8 sessions covers each spoke;
our eight key pillars of a successful Nursery Business.
Across the eight months, we’ll explore one pillar at a time, giving you the opportunity to understand what’s happening in your own nursery, identify what needs attention and take practical action.
What You'll Get:
- Monthly Thrive Sessions: Eight focused, 3-hour sessions exploring the key areas of your nursery business. Each session gives you time to learn, reflect on your own business and identify three practical actions to take away.
- Private Messaging Group: A supportive, confidential space to ask questions, share ideas and stay connected with the group between sessions.
- Individual Support: Two individual 30-minute coaching calls with Jane during the programme, giving you dedicated time to focus on the areas where you need a little extra support.

It’s a smaller, ongoing monthly group where you can stay accountable, share what’s happening in your nursery, talk through current challenges and keep making progress, alongside other nursery owners who have been through Thrive too.

- Share what’s going well and what’s challenging
- Discuss current topics and issues affecting nursery owners
